new addition in the house!
no, you dont have to sigh and roll your eyes and say, "here we go again..."
anyway. i found him in a carpark in Kallang one day after tuition!
presenting..
Macadamia! aka Mac, Mac Mac, Little Mac, Mackey Moo, Mickey Mouse, etc.
ok i admit he looks quite ugly in the first photo. it's actually the ugliest photo of him! HAHA.
he was quite guai during the first few days. he'd sleep all day and all night and was so hesitant abt playing. AND he was so scrawny and skinny and teary-eyed. he was so quiet and guai that you could do anything to him and he wouldnt care, eg:
wrap him up like a mummy next to Claudia Ang's Arsenal bear [and he'd just fall asleep sitting up],
make him lie on his back and do all sorts of poses. this one is the Superman pose. he can also do the Act Cute pose, Act Shy pose, Praying pose, I'm Hungy pose blah blah.
and he'd also lie quietly in your lap, sometimes even snuggling in!
but he was also quite dumb cos no matter how much i told him to go pee in the litterbox he'd always pee wherever he felt like it. i was beginning to get frustrated and irritated with him.
so i locked him in the toilet at night with the litterbox. for 1 week.
after 1 week plus, i dont know if i've trained him, or if the other cats told him to go pee there. maybe it was Lucky cos she's like the mother cat. who knows? he seems quite good friends with Cadbury and Truffle now.
Mac vs Strudel. they're sleeping in the same positions!
they're like brothers cos they are brown and stripey. only Cadbury's are darker. but they kinda behave alike.

anyway, Mac was very teary-eyed and he kept sneezing when he came, so we brought him to the vet. it turned out he had cat flu -_- luckily it isnt contagious to humans/dogs. after taking the antibiotics he is much better.
he is no longer quiet and sleeping around the whole day. he's so naughty now! always wanting to play and even bullying Truffle. plus he's so greedy too. when he came he was so scrawny and now he has a belly like he's pregnant or what. he's always trying to eat up Cadbury and Strudel's food.
last night, he went to manja with Cadbury.

EXAMS ARE OVER!
1st ever exams in uni, it was quite nerve-wrecking. after it all, it turned out that uni exams arent even THAT difficult [with the exception of COM230 Audio in Media]. they were even better than O levels or A levels. at least the profs werent trying to be creative and actually tested what they taught. :D
also, went to watch New Moon with SY yesterday, post-exam stress relieve and also cos SY's birthday was on the 2nd.
despite all the hype, you'd think that the movie would actually be quite exciting and interesting.
but it wasnt. it was actually quite boring. and the movie review in Life! was actually quite correct. Bella is so pathetic. i mean, GET OVER IT ALREADY. the whole movie was her pining away for Edward, and although she rejected Jacob, she kept leading him on lah, like snuggling close to him and all that.
obviously, i do not like Bella nor Edward. Jacob is all right lah, except the producers kept making use of his hot body and making him go topless.
oh well. it it were me i definitely wouldnt like Edward, he's so freaky. plus Robert Pattinson isnt hot at all, i dont know why everyone else seems to think he is.
during the movie SY and i kept looking at each other and rolling our eyes. total waste of my $8.50 >:( .5/5 stars lah! the .5 is cos Dakota Fanning has grown up to be quite pretty, HAHAHA. and also cos the action parts, though little, were quite interesting.
